The BittieBitez Story
BittieBitez is a family-owned business run by Manuel Ramirez, Nora Castillo, Christian Ramirez, and Bryana Ramirez. Our family has been serving mini donuts since 2009, working all types of events across Southern California.
As we got older, so did the vision. What started as a small family operation turned into something we wanted to grow and take seriously.
In 2020, everything changed — and we had to adapt. That’s when we launched our first BittieBitez food truck. The response was bigger than we expected, and it pushed us to expand into a second and third truck shortly after.
Today, we’re still doing what we’ve always done — showing up across Los Angeles and beyond, serving hot, fresh mini donuts made right in front of you.
We take pride in creating a fun experience, moving fast, and making sure every customer gets something fresh, consistent, and worth coming back for.
